This tutorial will explain how to Increase bandwidth limit in Windows 7 Home Premium
1. Go to Start > Run… > type ‘regedit’ > OK
2. See if you find HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\Psched
3. If you find it, set NonBestEffortLimit to the value ’0' if you want to set to 0.
The QoS Service have to be running.

You have to go through all your network adapters, though.
